I was so excited to work with your company for the first time and than got very disappointed as much as you guaranteeing your work and satisfaction I don’t see that been completed at all especially your 45 days delivery made me very unhappy.
The product itself to me did not worth the price at all.
Customer service reaction for my complain regarding 45 days was “you got the product no refund possible”.
Yes I got the product 3 weeks later then I was expected for an anniversary occasion that was way over and no surprise had happened.
So for me the experience with you is totally disappointing and disaster.

IT was GREAT! A surprise retirement gift with his likeness was the hit of the party. He was so happy he took it with him on our next round and so many were impressed! Thank you Bobblehead Craft!!!!!

Was crafted well, can tell it was not sitting on shelf, looks customized to individual. You pay a little for it, but worth the extra $ and some upgrades if possible. Made mine taller and custom painted body? Artist done a great job! Thank you!

Excellent job. Amazing how they duplicated the likeness of my brother-in-law nd sister-in-law from one photo. Going to be a great anniversary gift.

Details are amazingly accurate. Glad I paid extra for the custom clothes. Truly unique one of a kind gift. My wife loves it. We have been showing it off and everyone keeps asking where can they get one.
