Everything turned out great although I did request a certain dog and you did not send it with the order. And the order came a little bit later than I was expecting. It was a birthday present and it came late.

The craftsmanship was amazing on point. Communication was excellent. So happy with the end product and the person receiving the gift was so taken back and loved it.

They were really great about asking for feedback and letting me request changes, which they did quickly, and showed me the result before moving forward. The final results looked a lot like Steve Carell and a little like my husband. Be sure to send in a clear photo. I think it would have been even better if I had given them a different photo.
