The bobblehead looked so different than the original picture. It looks like a totally different person. Very disappointed with their service. We even did two proofing, but still looked nothing like the picture.
I wanted to get something special for my boss's birthday and requested a figurine made to look like her. When I presented it to her, she was beyond pleased. She has prominently placed it on her desk. Since then, many have complimented it and want to use this service as well.
My bobblehead was a gift and he loved it. I bought a few extra items from Bobblehead Annex and the finished product looked just like him.

I am trying to receive a refund because the bobbleheads on line looked so much better than the one I received; All my friends agree the quality is not present. I am trying to return it but haven't heard back.
