I ordered a bobble head in August and was satisfied and decided to order another one for a christmas present. However this time the product came wrong and not how I ordered it. The first time around they sent me pics during the process for proofing and at the end before baking it to make sure it was correct. This time they did none of the above and just sent it. I reached out letting them know I got no proofs when I received the shipment notice. The excuse was they were very busy with the holidays and couldn't but assured it was correct.
When I received the product it was wrong and I contacted them and they will not refund the money. They said they would send a new head and sent videos on how to take the old head off and put a new one on and wanted new to fix it. When I twisted the head off the spring completely broke! I reached out again ( each email takes a day to respond) and customer service staff told me if they refund the money they will take it out of their SALARY so they cant do it!
I payed $110 and now have a wrong broken product and no refund.
